This bench plate beveling machine is fabricated with a solid cast iron frame, and hardened and ground work tables. Work table dimensions 500x200x17 mm thick and 500x100x17 mm thick. Chip collection box, and cutting tool with inserts included. The cutting tool may be finely adjusted in the axial direction to permit the use of the entire cutting tool insert width. Add the ART652 automatic feed option (300 to 1200 mm/min) to reduce effort and increase productivity. A trolley and tubular base is also available. You may purchase the machine with variable cutting speed of 0 to 6000 rpm to improve cutting performance and tool life. Cutting tool inserts are also available to cut a radius of 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, and greater. The power requirement for this 0.75 kW machine is 220 VAC 1-phase 60 Hz. Choose the model ART650A for beveling stainless steel and cast iron, and model ART650L for machining light allows and plastic. The work table angle is fixed at 45°, choose the ART650 S for adjustable table angle.
