ART400 & ART450 Bench Plate Beveling Machine

This bench plate beveling machine will create an external chamfer, with an width adjustment of 0 to 4 mm and angle of 30° to 45°. Cutting speed is fixed at 2900 rpm. The machine is fabricated with a solid cast aluminum frame, and two hardened and ground work table 300x80x9 mm thick. A trolley and tubular base may be added. The power requirement for this 0.55 kW machine is 220 VAC 1-phase 60 Hz. Model ART400 is for chamfering steel and stainless steel materials and it includes the appropriate cutting tool and inserts. Model ART450 is for machining light alloys and plastic, and it includes the appropriate cutting tool with inserts. Optional inserted cutting tools for chamfering steel or stainless steel, and cutting a radius of 2, 3, and 4 mm are available.
